Board Meetings

Board meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of the month with the exception of July when the Board does not meet and December when the Board meets once.



All board agendas are posted at least 3 days prior to the meeting, generally the Friday before.  Agendas and minutes are available at this link as soon as they are posted.

Public Comment for Closed Session Agenda Items

Guidelines for Public Comment during Closed Session Items while under Shelter in Place at Home for Board Meetings:

Please note the Governor of California’s Executive Order of March 17th, 2020, modified some Brown Act requirements (pdf). 

The district office will be closed to the public.  Members of the public may observe the meeting online and all public comments must be submitted via Google Form

Provide public comment: The public will have the opportunity to address the Board regarding agendized Closed Session items by submitting comments via a district created Google Form.

How To Submit Comments:

Public Comment for Closed Session Agenda Items will be accepted through 6:00 PM Monday, September 14, 2020.
