Registration Process

Martinez USD will provide full time in person instruction, five days a week for the 2021-2022 school year.  Parents and guardians may enroll their child for in person instruction or independent study.  If you are interested in enrolling in Independent Study for the 2021-2022 school year please contact the Student Services office (925) 335-5918 or

For TK-5th grade students: Complete online enrollment and upload all required residency, identification, and immunization documents via this link.

For 6th-8th grade students: Contact Martinez Junior High School (925) 335-5820 ext. 2050 for next steps.

For 9th-12th grade students: Contact Alhambra Senior High School (925) 335-5810 ext. 1843 for next steps.


Returning Students

If your student was previously enrolled in any Martinez Unified School (including Transitional Kindergarten and SDC Preschool) please update their information click this link. 


Enrolling a Transitional Kindergarten (TK) or Kindergarten Student

2021-2022 School Year: The 2021-2022 TK/K registration link will be available on January 5, 2021.

TK eligible students will reach 5 years of age between September 2, 2021 and December 2, 2021. 

Kindergarten eligible students will reach 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2021.

Please click this link to enroll in TK or Kindergarten. 

All required TK/K registration documents will be available electronically at the above link. You may look up your home school by using the School Finder.

  • Birth Certificate
  • Up-to-Date Immunizations 
  • Three Proofs of Residency - please click HERE for a complete list and description of acceptable proofs of residency.

Enrolling a Preschool Student

MUSD provides preschool early intervention services to students ages 3-5 who are eligible via an Individualized Educational Plan.  To enroll a preschooler in the Martinez Early Intervention Preschool Program click this link.
