The Martinez Unified School District maintenance, grounds and custodial staff now use Incident IQ to respond to work orders submitted by staff and can be submitted online and tracked from any internet location.

Incident IQ is the same ticketing system that is used to submit a help request tickets with the Technology department. Please log in at https://martinezusd.incidentiq.com/ by using your district log in credentials and select the Facilities button to enter a work order for the Maintenance, Custodial or Grounds departments.

Please provide as much detail as possible so that the issue is routed appropriately.
