MUSD is pleased to offer all employees immediate 24/7 electronic access to their personal Payroll Information.  This can be done through the MUNIS Employee Self-Serve portal. By logging onto the site each employee will have immediate access to:

  • Update/Change your address and telephone number
  • Print copies of your W-2
  • Update/Change/Print your W-4 elections
  • View your up to date Payroll Information
  • Print your 1095-C Health Care Tax Forms
  • Paycheck Simulator - "What if" Scenarios
  • View your Credentials (Certificated) and other Certifications (if on file)
  • View Vacation and/or Sick Leave balances and accruals
  • Employee Self Service (please follow this link for login directions)
