COVID-19 Student Device Pick Up and Support Information

If you are in need of a device for your student to continue learning at home, please email the Coordinator of Technology Services, Amir H Kioumars at He will make arrangements with you for a dive pick-up.

We have set up a special parent technology support email. If you are experiencing issues with logging into devices or accessing student curriculum, you can email to direct support from our district technology staff.

Getting Help - MUSD Employees

To create a technology work order, please follow this link and log in using your district (Gmail) username and password. 

If you are unable to log in or your matter is urgent, you may call the support desk at (925) 335-5940.  

School staff needing assistance with a computer, printer, or software application should contact their school technology specialist.
