Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

Transcripts

Martinez Unified School District has partnered with Parchment to facilitate MUSD student and alumni transcript requests and verifications. Parchment helps makes the process easier by digitally sending transcripts to many colleges and universities as well as prospective employers.
