Registration Process

Welcome to the Martinez Unified School District!

Enrollment for the 2024-25 school year for grades TK-K is open.  If you have an incoming TK or kindergarten student, please see the TK & Kindergarten Information page of our district website for important information.

Please see our new enrollment timeline for the 2024-25 school year.  The initial TK and Kindergarten enrollment window will run from December 4 - January 15.  TK-K enrollment applications submitted after January 15, 2024 are processed on a first come, first serve basis for space at your resident school.

New Student Enrollment.  District office staff will review your online enrollment application.  Please follow these steps to enroll:

1. FIND your resident school

2. PREPARE your documents

  • Student Documents
  • Immunization Requirements

3. APPLY online

  • Complete and submit your Online Enrollment Application.  Be sure to select the appropriate school year for your enrollment application.
  • If you do not have access to a computer or the internet, a computer is available at the District Office (921 Susana St.) to complete the online enrollment. 
  • Print the Online Enrollment confirmation page upon completion for your records.
  • Currently attending TK students do not need to complete a new student enrollment to attend Kindergarten next school year.

4. District enrollment staff will review your application

  • If your application is incomplete or documents are not accepted, enrollment staff will contact you.

Returning Students

If your student was previously enrolled in any Martinez Unified School (including Transitional Kindergarten and Special Education Preschool) please update their information click this link

Enrolling a Preschool Student

MUSD provides preschool early intervention services to students ages 3-5 who are eligible via an Individualized Educational Plan.  To enroll a preschooler in the Martinez Early Intervention Preschool Program click this link.
