MEASURE C

Voter Approved: March 5, 2024

Effective: July 1, 2024

The District currently levies an annual parcel tax of $75 per year on each parcel of taxable real property within the District. The District's current parcel tax is set to expire on June 30, 2032.  The voters passed Measure C in order to maintain quality education, attract and retain qualified teachers and counselors, provide high-quality programs in math, technology, engineering, and science with hands-on labs and instruction while protecting art and music classes and keeping school libraries open.

Senior Citizen Exemption

Owner-Occupants, age 65 or older, may request an exemption from the $75.00 Parcel Tax, levied annually. Requests must be received by July 15th for the current fiscal year exemption (fiscal year: July 1 - June 30).
