Greetings MUSD Community,

MUSD Celebrates Black History Month!

I’m excited to share the following student highlights:

Fall 2025 Honor Roll

Alhambra High School is proud to announce that 492 students earned a place on the Fall 2025 Honor Roll based on their academic achievement.
Honor Roll Distinctions:
  • Superintendent’s Honor Roll (GPA 4.0 and above): 105 students
  • Principal’s Honor Roll (GPA 3.75–4.0): 117 students
  • Assistant Principal’s Honor Roll (GPA 3.50–3.74): 81 students
  • Counselor’s Honor Roll (GPA 3.00–3.49): 189 students

Alhambra High School participated in the Contra Costa County Office of Education Mock Trials event, let’s send a special Congratulations to our own Kim Le, for first place in Outstanding Courtroom Artist! Kim will also advance to the state level.

John Muir teacher, Vincent Pitzulo, will be honored with the “Mayor’s Impact Award” at the Martinez State of the City on Thursday, March 5, 2026. 

Congratulations to Vincent Pitzulo on receiving this award for his outstanding contributions to music appreciation!

The Read A Thon, supporting literacy programs in MUSD, will be held on March 2-6th, Register now at www.PLEDGESTAR.com/MEF MEF will match the first $25 k raised.

Stay tuned for the updated Immigration policies which must be published with the California Department of Education (CDE) by March 1, 2026.
